NICE. I have always wanted to have one of those, but not really the best for CO winters.
My tinter had one for sale, pic below. This thing was in ultra-mint condition. He sold it since he picked up a 2005 EVO 8 MR, modded of course. He was building a monster turbo Supra, which is for sale, but eventually wanted to go back to DSM.
He used to have the fastest DSM in CO.
Specs...
Car has no dings, no scratches, no defects to the exterior. It's perfect, or at least as good or better than it came from the factory. I had it painted 2 months after buying it 3 years ago, so that it would be a good show-car for my business, & immediately did what would equal a $1500.00 clearbra kit on it, which is why it is in such good shape. I removed the headlights back then, & wet-sanded them with 1500 grit wet-dry sandpaper, & then plastic-polished them to a perfect crystal clairity, & then clearbra'd them too, & they look far better than any I've seen since.
Car has around 103,000'ish miles on it, & runs & drives absolutely perfectly.
My plans had been to turbo this car, since it has the same 2jzge engine & driveline as the non-turbo Supras have. & as Whitesc300turbo can no doubt confirm, these cars LIKE turbo's. (car is NOT turbo'ed yet however)
Has an automatic tranny. Boost Logic does a $1800 rebuild on these trannies, making them 700HP ready, & that WAS what my plans were, but tranny is stock right now.
So, to prepare for the turbo project, I put a Supra TT suspension on the car, & now it handles very nicely.
It has Supra TT front brakes.. Stops VERY nice!
Supra posi rear diff. No more one wheel spins.
Urethane buschings.. Even tighter around corners.
So the suspension & brakes are ready for the turbo project.
Car has a monster clearbra kit.. Full front bumper, 24" hood piece, headlights, door a-pillars, mirrors, & down both sides of the car, bumper to bumper... FULL protection.
Only real flaw on the car, is inside the drivers door, a small crack where you would rest your arm on the window sill. ALL the Lexus SC300's & SC400's get this crack in the exact same place.. Factory weakness.
There are two options on the wheels.. The picture here has the nice Enkei AEGIS wheels, with 245's on the front, & 295's on the rears. NO rubbing. Tires are Kuhmo MX's.. The top performance ultra high performance tires Kuhmo makes. NO noticeable wear on the wheels & tires, NO dings or scratches on these wheels.
The second option are the 18" wheels in the 2n'd picture. American racing wheels, with 225's all around. Kuhmo 712's on those, a little wear, but not bad.
I'd like to se around $13,500 with the current suspension, & the Enkei wheels.
$12,000 with the American Racing wheels.
OR, I'll sell off the supension upgrades, & brakes, & wheels, & sell the car as stock, with the clearbra, & perfect paint with stock wheels for $10,850
