not anymore...
in the teckademics most recent video it's a kit car completely that you buy now prebuilt, it houses a 350 whp prelude h22a turbo motor and is sick.
unfortunatley all the links they gave for the car dealers dont work.. go figure

actually that info is also outdated. Yes it is available with that motor....but it now comes with a tricked out version of the Ford Contour SVT V6 motor in it.

right here from the official K-1 website Enjoy! The part that sucks is this car is currently not offered any longer in the U.S. the distributors opted out. so currently K-1 is trying to find dealer now to sell turnkey cars instead.

i love that thing, ive wanted one for a few years now...cant wait till i can afford to build one.
definitely a nice car and the performance is interesting as well, but i am not sure how i would like a built h22 for my engine given what the car costs.

You can order it without the engine.
I think you can buy it as a knock-down kit. Basically, get the frame, body, interior, suspension etc. minus engine and drivetrain.
The original distribution contract for K1's products in North America ended in 2004.

Been loving that car ever since they started making it, hell been following K1 Styling products since the original Evoluzione or whatever it was called. Count me in on the love it crowd.
