as long as he didnt put a reserve on it. i think he can only deny you if you didnt bid at least the reserve price. if he is dumb enough to not put a reserve and u bid 1 dollar on it then you should be able to win it.

I like it, its different than whats in the US. I spent 2 years in Germany while in the military, and the cars like this still catch my eye, and I still subscribe to a couple of car mags from the UK.
