The rumors seems to confirm the Camaro at the NAIAS.
Dodge won’t get all the muscle car buzz with its Challenger concept at the Detroit auto show this January. Word is General Motors will show a Camaro concept on a stretched Kappa (Solstice, Sky) chassis. The car is set for production as a 2009 model, sources say.
The other GM concept for Detroit won’t be a Pontiac Firebird, but more likely will be a Buick crossover.

Finally, thank GM for being so smart. I have a feeling I wont like to concept, but when it comes out it will probably look better and not so futuristic (I already have a vision in my mind of what it will look like).
gm can say whatever they want considering they will be bought by the chinese and chopped up by 2009 lol.

i just hope it is pulled off convincingly. Unlike other retro attempts that kinda suck. Personally I think that if its at the same level of retro-ness as the new mustang I'd be happy.
