I was at a recent car show and they had one of these cars there. I still cant get over how modern that car still is! The interior layout with flip switches still looks cool. This particular one was not a R2, but and R1 so it was not supercharged. In R3 form, it was technically the fastest american production car in 1963 in both acceleration and top speed. If you ever see one at a car show, take a close look at it, it is pretty amazing that it was designed in 1963 and not in the modern era.
