other cars, better cars?
Cool. It's proposed to be the fastest and yet it is the cheapest, nice deal.
Id still like to have the blue devil vette. all the other companies are redesigning to keep up with it. low price tag, lots of power.
Lingenfelter Vette does 0-60 in 1.97 secs. Got the vid on my computer.
wow very impressive, but I don't like that front bumper.
Nice, I like it. Clean, shiney black cars are soooo sexy, especially when they are supercars.
Have a good one,
Justin
That Viper made me cry . . . I want one.
Where did you get those comparison stats? The one for the Enzo is wrong. Thats not 1M car. The Enzo runs for about $660,000. The McLaren F1 used to be 1M, but that was dropped the last i read to about $700,000. As far as I know, the most expensive super car is the Chrystler ME-412, which costs 1.2M. Its also around 860hp stock, LOL.
Going by the numbers and cost compared to those other cars, I would say it's a bargain (assuming you have $200,000+ to drop on a car lol)

I wanna know some performance specs. Handling, skid pad, and I want to see if it can take out a TT Corvette.

^ on that note, I wonder if it handles better than a regular viper. Thats one of the only things holding that car back.

2007 G85 SS S/C: 10/23/2006--Present
Vote for me at
Motortopia.com! Thanks!
I would imagine that this would handle better. It was built up to 1000hp from the normal 500. They'd have to do upgrades to brakes, suspension, etc to be able to handle that.
Is that the price to have Hennessey do all the mods or does the price have the car included? Ussually you send your viper to Hennessey to have it Modded
These hennessey cars never pan out like advertised anyway. There always a wet dream of numbers nobody ever comes close too and thats why all of the vette and viper owners stay away from this guy. 255 mph my ass. I'd rather pay a million for a bugatti then have a con artist "mod" my car. Can't believe he's still even around after dissappearing over and over again with people's money and then coming back up again.

other cars, better cars?
yikes... I'm gonna need some new pants too
I agree. Lets see some skidpad numbers......
Wasnt that car in an issue a couple of months ago in Road & Track at a Navy base airstrip? That was the comparison with the Champ Car which like smoked everything (including the F-18) accelerating to 200mph. That Hennessy Viper was fast, although kinda of dumb to run it with no air cleaners. The turbo repair from the pebble getting sucked into the intake must of cost $$$!

Sweet car. Id give a lung for it
