Blazer CD Player Install - Quick Question

Hey guys,

My mom has a 2000 Blazer that came with the factory tape deck. She wanted an easy-to-use CD player so I got a factory AC Delco one from a 96 model. I was hoping the plugs were the same but unfortunately I found out they aren't when I tried to install it. What can I do to get the plugs to match up? Thanks!

I think you have to rewire the harnesses wire to wire. I dont think that there's a plug that you can just attach to make it fit...

Yea the 96 is completely different. If you had gotten a 98 or newer stock deck I believe the harness would be the same.
