i don't know if anyone noticed that i haven't been on lately but thats because i was debating on if i should get rid of my cavy or not. to get you guys up to speed on what happen an new orlanies refuge rear ended me and that damage was so bad i just don't want to spend the money to get it fixed. her insurance wont pay for it because she doesn't have a job so she cant pay the insurance company the monthly bill, but they say that they cant legally drop her because she is in a crisis situation. so the bottom line is that she "HAS" insurance but they aren't covering any clams against her because she cant pay them.. so after about 2 months i decided to get rid of the cavy.
because i dont want to pay the money to get it fixed.
so i brought a 2003 Dodge Stratus R/T coupe
its great! its a 3.0L V6 5 speed. fully loaded.

i kinda like it....i didn't realize that those cars came in manual's
so what the point of having auto insurance if they aren't going to cover you. Seems like a waste if you ask me.

thats what i said but apparently the law allows them to do that. they said that she was going threw enough so her monthly payments were on hold until she got back on her feet but because she cant pay they will not cover anything that she is apart of. and the only way i could get my money would be to take her to small clams court. so i thought about it and came to the conclusion that if i took it to court i would spend so much in legal fees that it wouldnt be worth it so i said F*ckit. but i like my new ride 100 times better than the cavy. and its totaly stock

nice new ride.. But in regaurds to the whole insurace thing, thats why YOU pay insurance... Your agents/company should be doing all the legwork/suing, not you......
