well i know i ran this current time about 2 weeks ago but i havent been back since because i had to change my tranny fluid and install a trans cooler and now the trans is running perfect. Deffinatly some traction issues i think since im trapping 103 which is mid 13's from what i understand, id like to get down to a 2.0 60' then i should be mid 13's all day. I'll be going back to the track this coming week with trans cooler, changed trans fluid, nitrous bottle warmer and a set of kumho mx ku15 street tires which are pretty much a DR. Whatcha guys think?

i don't think changing the trans fluid is going to help performance very much... maybe a little bit, but probably not enough to notice... 103 on a s/c? thats pretty damn good. But its good for more than mid 13's.... probably low 13's more like it, i only trap 99 and i hit 13.6.... keep working on that 60', and you'll get there

how about, crank boost up with 2.6" pulley and keep the juice? thats what im planning on doing, and yes im seeing 6 psi on the stock pulley instantly on WOT, im only hitting the juice at 40 mph so if i can hit it sooner, the better but spinning sucks.

yes its in a 4 speed automatic. the gm charger fits both 5 speed and automatics
So if you were to swap a 5sp how big of an increase would you see?
^^Why would he do that? Auto are better for drag racing just not as fun. If he put a bigger stall in there it would be even better.

not always true...... auto's are better for BRACKET racing.... more consistant...... but a manual trans will apply more power to the wheels.......

well you figure im only hitting the nitrous between 45 and 50 mph, only running 2.8 stock gm charger pulley, 100% untuned ecu (except s/c reflash) so i think its decent, all i need is some traction and ill be mid 13's for sure with a low 2.1 or high 2.0 60'
Impressive.... Now get a smaller pulley and show us what this little M45 is really worth.
