well I think there should be a auto class too. I would be at the top of a very short list for the 2.4 I know that. Skillz is probably quicker than me but I don't know what he runs becuase his slips are old . Glowin Cavy I think it was him ran a 13.9 in a 2.4 vert which is amazing. Hybridcavy I think thats his name holds a 13.8 and I am going tuesday to run with the new trans upgrades and should be hitting a low 13 but we will see.

how in the hell are you not in the 12's I had to pack a lunch to look at your mods. whats the deal. seriuoly I might of missed it but I did not see a new tc in there what are you launching at that could be a serius reason. also how much boost are you runnin please tell me your over 10. any way I wish you the best of luck.

i pulled a 14.1 on 8 psi with my old trans slipping half way down the track so yes, I am probably going to break that barrier when I up it to 12 maybe 13psi. thanks for the comments. lol.

Last time I took my car to the track I had a wastegate exhuast leak and my throttle body exblow kept poping off. I got the wastegate fixed and t-bolt clams are in the mail. Im hoping to put down some nice numbers when I get back to the track at 9psi. Wont be till the end of sept. tho. I havent seen any auto eco turbo timeslips but I know there are some out there.
hell with a better trans and a high stall I bet you could hit at least 13.5. I got faith make sure to get that @!#$ on film oh and eco roy I saw that thread of yours. nice numbers now start spraying.

and regarding the stall converter DEFINITELY invest in one its nice being able to launch at 2900 rpms just wish i could actually hook up haha

dude... what kind of transmission do you think uses a ratchet shifter? If i'm not mistaken, the race ecos use a 4t65e (grand prix, grand am, etc) with just a few internal modifications, like a manual valve body so that the driver controls the shift, and not the computer.

which would make them a manual. as for the rachet he still controls the shifts its just one quick motion. Which means its a manuel.

one of those transmissions is 25 to 30 grand and no they are not close to stock.

I don't have a Eco but i do have a 2.4 with a 4 speed auto. I went to the track yesteray and made a 5 runs. 13.64 @ 102.75 was my best of the day. 100% full daily driven street trim, 18" wheels, street tires and all on 5 psi. I feel that the car has more in it, every run i was launching at a higher rpm looking for the point where i would start losing traction off the line and i was getting faster each run. My 2nd to last run a launched right at 0 vac / 0 boost, the result was a 2.117 60' and a 13.6 ET. My last run i planned to launch at 2 psi but i was caught off gaurd by the track switching over to the pro tree so i blew the launch, oh well. I have faith that my car can pull very low 13's on 5 psi in full street trim later with year once the temps start to drop.
