help i'm trying to put together my third 99 z-24 2.4...the first ended by bumping red line too much, took out a connecting rod... the second ended pretty much like the first... however i'm pretty sure we have an oiling issue.. any help please
2.3 oil pump swap, or get the melling high flow pump. Most people with rod bearing issues let the oil run a little low. Your oil needs to be full on LD9s or you can/will have cavitation of the oil pump.
