Is this a good deal?

First off let me say that I'm new here and I'm more of a Honda guy. However, I'm having trouble finding a car I like in the part of Texas that I moved too. I don't know a whole lot about j-body cars so I was hoping for some input on this 04 Cavalier LSS for sale. I can pick it up for $4500. I haven't test drove it yet but I have looked at the carfax and it is clean no accidents and has been in Texas it's whole life. Is $4500 too high for a Cav with that many miles? Also, when I go test drive it this weekend are there any major things I should look at that are specific to this year Cavalier? I will be taking it to get a PPI before hand either way. Thanks.
