Hello everybody. Im new to the j-body world. I have owned multiple berettas but never a j-body until the other day i decided to buy one. Anyways i bought a 1999 Chevy Cavalier z24 5 speed. It has 157000 on the body and 98,000 on the engine. So far i really like the car!

+1 on pics. That would be the 2.4L DOHC, a known oil burner when it hits higher mileages. Take good care of it, change the oil every 5,000 with a good syn blend (Valvoline Maxlife 5W-30 comes to mind), with a good filter (Purolator, NAPA Gold. Stay away from FRAM if possible).
