Long time lurker/first time poster

Just wanted to drop a line to say thanks to everyone on the forum. I am a long time lurking but never posted. Now that the snow is done and the weather is breaking I will be addressing some issues with the newest J Body I own - a 2004 Cavy. Thanks to search I am privy that 98 fender will bolt up to a 04 (with a little adjustment to the light bracket), the toyo fenders are only 3/8" wider and that if I want projectors - I'm still clueless because Josh at IznTrbl is a bum.

Anyway, first ride was a 90 Z24 3.1 5-speed bought in 93 which ran to 287,000 miles on the original engine before a median jumped out in front of me thus putting an end to an 8 year love affair. I still miss that car. Has a chip from fastchip.com that removed the top end limiter and ran with Mustangs all day. K&N airtake, Eibach springs and 17" wheels in addition to numerous audio equipment I cannot recall.

Next up was the 96 Z24 which I had great plans for but horrible luck with. It got hit everyday no matter what parking lot I was in but still runs like a champ with the orignal 2.4 L. This has been retired and is only used during winter. Willing to part out if the price is right - fender/driver door are straight, have some cheap e-bay projectors, carbon altezza tails, perfect interior, etc etc. If there is any interest, please let me know.

Thanks again to everyone here and all the resources to turn to. If I have any questions, I'll know where to turn.

On a side note, are we aware that GroundDynamics is cheaper then most sites with part for J's and that GMPartsDirect .com is than GMPartscheap.com?

Thanks to all. Look forward to posting updates as the spring/summer months roll on.

-Shaun
