1. My clutch makes... bubbly noises when i push down on it... does that mean it needs the hydraulics bled?
2. My tachometer isn't reading correctly, it says i idle at 3000RPMS which is... I believe, to be wrong... since... engines idle around 800RPM

but factory or after market?... and what kinda car is it?
i would suggest bleeding it and doing a flush. has the fluid turned a grayish color? if its your factory tach, i would look for any kinked, loose or even partially burn wires. check, and make sure your connectors on the ignition module arent loose. cavalier or sunfire right?
