I have a friend looking to maybe sell me some headers for a 95-97 Sunfire w/ 2.2L, will this work on my '00 Cavalier w/ 2.2L?? They should be the same as far as I know? He said they might not line up correctly.

Why are you buying two headers for your car? What brand? I do believe some brands are specific. Pacesetter has 2 part #'s, one for each year range, while RKSport has the same part# for both years.
1 head=1 header.
find out what brand it is, do some research, and THEN make your decision. trust me, a header for a 2.2l j is not a very hot commodity. its not going anywhere.

sorry, mistyped. It's a Pacesetter header. I talked to someone who did it, he said you have to enlarge a hole and then it will fit fine.
