ok, on a 97 cavalier where are the struts,ball joints, and shocks located??? Are these in the rear or front of vehicle?? or maybe both........hmmmmmmmmm
front are the struts and lower ball joints (one per side) and shocks in the rear.
struts all the way around. ball joints in the front.

js have struts, not shocks. their pretty easy to find. look behind your wheel and its right there running up in the wheel well

I believe it's aftermarket they give shocks in the rear.

Yep. I replaced mine and now I have shocks in the rear and struts up front.
