Ignition Trouble

Alright i can finally post again,

since i've been gone i've been having a real problem with my ignition (i think thats the problem). Recently i bought a ractive shift knob, and when i took the stock knob off and put the ractive one on, we had the key turned forward so that we could move the knob. So anyway, when I put the ractive knob on, i put it too low so that it kept pressure on the yellow moving piece that allows you to shift, thus resulting in me not being able to take the key out. So after trying 5,000 things to get the keys out i got pissed off and yanked them out. After that it still wouldnt go back and i could start the car without the keys.

So after brainstorming for awhile i got the brilliant idea to take the knob off and voila, it worked.

Now after driving around with the knob on correctly, the allen screws rattled loose and i had to keep putting it back on right, then i just let it off for a couple of days and my dad drove the car one time while i had it off and parked it, then the next morning i went out to start my car up and the damn thing wont let me turn the keys.

sorry i drug that out but i want to fully explain the situation so i can get some help.

what are your thoughts? new ignition? or what

Ign lock is jammed. Pull assemble out and get one from a junk yard.
