no it won't fit your engine, but if you want a cheap intake you could get one on ebay made for the 2.4 liter twin cam. people have modified those intakes to fit your engine (ecotec). maybe you could search for posts w/ pics of it installed
You don't have to spend $300 on an intake and I would suggest ANYONE spending $300 on an intake.
