Everyone knows the cheapest set is about 9 stacks.
The front is fine BUT this will be temporary until I get BC Racing BR Series.
Call me a lucky turkey, but I have been to many road trips with this setup.

Well, 9 stacks as you put it, over killing you or others on the road... yeah Id make that trade. Good luck with the build none the less.
i hope he ment 900 when he said 9stack.
wow... absolutely love those rims on there. such a clean body and then those wheels just make her pop.
RIP silver car. You will be missed.
Car looks good, do more research about the coil over options for our cars

i like what you have done.. just needs some new stock oem headlights
GOT ECOTEC?
I mentioned BC Racing BR Series coilovers and no one knows that these go for around $900 lol.
But moving on, my Saab setup is in process..
intercooler side is done, exhaust manifold is out, vacuum log is in place, fuel/oil/wideband/boost gauges setup already, 2 step colder srt 4 sparks..
I am having a little issue on saab injectors. They are a bit shorter then stock injectors. When mounted on rail with stock clips, won't reach block...But when i put saab clips, injectors do reach but I feel they are not snug enough. Does someone have similar issue with this? should i shave a little off where bolt goes to mount to block?
Heres Pics to show what i mean.
stock clip left & saab clip right (looks like it pushes injector out more)

Nice clean ride and also like the rim choice! Yellow is always good in my book.
Good work on the Saab setup..
That being said. 2 steps colder plug is too cold for what your doing. Also the neon plug is not the right length.
The plug to get is the ngk 3787 plug. Its expensive but the proper plug. Or there is the stock replacement ngk plug as well that is one step colder.
The injectors are shorter then stock as you have figured. You can buy adapters from Jason Norwood on the forums here that fix the issue your having with them.

This is all good advice. You definitely need those cups from Jason Norwood to make those injectors work. They're nice pieces are not too expensive. Here's what they look like:
or... you could sell those injectors and get in on the group buy for the awesome ev14's;

Absolutely go with the ngk 3787 plug. I've done research upon research and they are definitely the best option as the gap is already correct out of the box. The srt4 plugs are indeed too short.

Or for one step colder, iridium, NGK LTR6IX-11

The 3787 is one step colder but the gap is .032 out of the box instead of the .044 gap of the 6509's (LTR6IX-11).

^^Bingo Gaping down that much although possible is not recommended.
I would think, based upon the results from a saab setup, that the .044 would give a great spark and still not blow out... Hell Im use a turbo a decent size bigger than a saab, 2 steps colder and made over 300hp on the .044 gap. Now that I switched to an LSJ head, I would have to look and see what gap will be for the new setup.
I have the NGK Iridium LTR7IX-11 stock #6510
I know a few people here in the forum was using these on a turbo setup.
Jason hooked me up with injector spacers
The other thing, I did buy the heater tee off Jason but I cant figure out which heater line I use to install tee. The one on the firewall close to driver side or passenger side??
I am also video recording some of the build & first start up
