got bored and figured id make a thread for my DD/winter car, its an 01 sunfire sedan, 5spd, with the 2200, its soon to have an 02 cavalier Z24 front end put on it, heres some pics of it






i do have some plans for it, nothing major though, just plan to lower it a bit, put a decent sounding exhaust on it with an ebay header and an ebay intake, a small sound system and a set of 95-99 Z24 rims and thats about it, will get pics of the front end tomorrow

what else would there be to do to it? the body looks fine as is imo the sedan sunfires look good as is gt or not, maybe do something with the trunk filler piece and wheels

Id say dont worry about modding it and just fix all your rust.

well, you can see in the pics, but most of the drivers side of the front bumper is missing, and a guy i work with gave me the cavy front end for free, and it wont be getting any mods this year, for now im just fixing everything and getting it road ready

Sounds like mine and the direction I'm headed, except you seem to have a little bit better of a platform to start on.

the cavy front end is mostly on, still need to go to the junkyard and pick up a drivers side marker light and finish bolting everything up tight

now you have two silver n blue

yeap haha, i might just get some duplicolor paint shop and give the car a quick color change before winter hits too hard

well, now i gotta weld up the exhaust or replace it, get new rear brakes, and fix the ebrake to get it safety inspected, YAY

Looks a lot better than with the half bumper. Now you need a lip like mine.
