Thanks, I have gotten back to working on this for now. Some of you have seen my part out post that generated interest, but no sales so I just decided to not part it. I already have the money spent so it's really no loss if I keep it.

Sold my project truck just due to the priorities that come with getting married, Don't really need two projects at this point. But it went to my brother who is more than capable with them (And can obviously talk his wife into more than I can with mine). He has basically the same vision I had for it and we have been working on it alot lately. Cool to have a project vehicle with your brother. Also, thanks to my Dad for letting us use his massive garage all these years for our projects and not ever complaining . He has gotten out of building cars and just likes to watch his boys do it now. Only crappy part is I live about a half hour south of it now. We are planning to give the truck a 5/7 drop, Black steelies with whitewalls, Tint and a big ass super top-secret motor sometime down the road. The 4.3 is a fresh engine so we are going to run that for a while. Truck is going to be long, low, old school and all around nasty

Pm me. I had a 95-99 Z24 rear on it, but the paint on my base rear was better haha.

I will take you up on that for sure

Actually I was just about to comment on how well the base rear and z sides fit together. Car is hot mike

I kinda dont mind it, but im used to the z rear now. So it looks really high to me. Especially once you get around to the front and see the low IF in comparison. Maybe throw an LS lip on the Z rear..

Ideas?

I am a big fan of putting wheels on cars that improve the appearance while looking factory. slap a gold bowtie center cap and those things look like they were supposed to be there from the factory

My thoughts exactly haha. I wanted a silver 5 spoke, they were priced right for the set, And I didn't want any bigger than 17's. I love them on the car though. Paired with the Yokohama Advans make an awesome combo. I wanna get this thing out to some auto-x events this summer, As that was the intent of the build originally

Oh yeah, I am looking into these.. 1.5* SPC shims. Also did some measuring today with random spacers I have and found I will need about a 3/4 hub spacer to bring the rear wheels to where they are even with the body compared to the fronts. I forget what offset I have, but that seems like a huge hub spacer to me. The fronts have no spacer and sit just about flush..

Also Joe, notice the crooked exhaust is long gone. I remember when I first posted it on J-BOM a few years back and you pointed it out. I was like "Whats wrong with it? It's a magnaflow..."

Oh, how things have changed

Make sure, with a spacer that size that its either the bolt on kind with studs, or you get extended wheel studs. Don't slap a spacer over stock studs and call it good. I'm also getting my car ready for autocross . Been building the car for a few months now and when I get it back from paint, on goes the suspension I bought in november lol

Oh no Dustin haha, It will definitely be a set of new rear bearings, Jeffie's awesome hub spacers, And SPC 1.5* shims. Still locating camber plates for the front. Not sure about OEM especially since the material mix-up (Nothing against them, I just don't want to take a chance)...Been half-ass trying to locate a set of the Mookeeh universal plates Jay is running.. If all alse fails, I will make use of the slotted strut mount holes for a degree or two up front.

Speaking of Jeffie....How much for a 3/4 inch hub spacer buddy?

Thanks guys
