I picked these up today in perfect shape, just wanting to get some more information on them. Rare item or not, what years came with them etc...
(yes I put them in my cavalier, and no I don't care lol)
i want to say 96-98 has the sun and sound package...but dont quote me on it

Almost sure it's a silver 99 coupe sunfire thing too. My buddy had one. Was an Se, 2.2L, sunroof.

I googled a bit, and talked with some of the guys on my forum.
From what I have read, the Sun and Sound package has the headrests, new logo on the doors, sunroof, monsoon 6 speaker system and performance tires and only came in automatic. There was also a sun and storm package too?
There is one at the Nashville TN pull-a-part right now. Perfect seats and emblems on the car... I was wondering myself if it was rare.
It's a little more rare then the cavalier "Rally sport" headrest.

the sun and sound package was
a base 99 sunfire coupe can't remember if they came auto but most are 5spd
from what i saw they were all silver
they also came with the 2000-02 15" chrome wheel covers
they had the uplevel sound and they had the sunroof
no other options from the ones i have seen there all the same
and like above that emblem was also on the doors insted of the traditional sunfire badge

close but a little off, my 99 fire was a sun and sound. It was a base coupe it offered the 15" Crome covers and the sunroof the only upgrade to the stereo was the CD player with EQ cause they came with a TAPE player stock. The sunfire badge was on the side from 97 to 00 and the head rest was available in 98 and 99, the package was offered from 96 to 01 but did not always had the sunfire badges. As for the colors that you could get the package in was that bad aqua blue, black , WHITE (mine was a white 99), silver, and red. Besides owning one I still have the brochure on the 99 in storage. It's weird cause sometimes I miss that car.

I guess the wife's 99 Sunfire Coupe is a lil more rare.
Her's is white, with the Colored badges, headrests, and sunroof.
Just might make it a lil more worthy of keeping her on the road.
