well finally finished polishing the valve cover, and installing.

notice that the windshield washer reservoir is gone, and i'm in the process of re-routing the fusebox. also the ecu has been rerouted, and the cruise control was taken out completely since it no longer worked. i'm aiming for a very clean engine bay. hoping for a nice wire tuck in the future.
also this is a constant work in progress so i know there's some things that look rough lol. this car is a dd, and it also gets used as a "work truck" occasionally lol. it'll definately never be a show winner. but when you consider that this is how it sat last year around this time
i think it's come leaps and bounds lol. i'm very happy with the progress made. will keep this updated.

probably under the dashboard although i now have alot of spare room in my drivers side wheel well, and thanks for the comments guys
if you look closely it's right next to the battery under the intake tube.

i was planning on polishing that one as well and seeing how it come's out. if it doesn't come out any better than the current one that's on the car, then i was thinking of getting it chrome dipped. as well as a few other pieces in the bay.
Progress is progress, and on a daily driven ride, thats good. I like where your bay clean up efforts are heading, win!
That valve cover is only half way done, but its looks a ton better than the old. Good job.

that picture with the loom is how it used to look. the ecu has been rerouted, and the cc taken out. the valve cover was polished, deff not perfect like i said but for me it's deff better than it was. said all of this now for i think the third time.
the last picture in the first post was just to show what my bay used to look like. the picture directly above it is what it looks like now. hope this clarifies things.

i'd post pics of the exterior but it's pretty obvious what it looks like in my sig. plus everyone knows what a sedan base model looks like lol.
trying to find some 03+lss sides, 03+rksport front lip, and an 03+ rear. or an 00-02 rear lip. either would be fine with me. it's funny that all i want basically for exterior is what everyone with an lss starts with lol.
gotta tint the front two windows before the end of the year, and new 6 1/2 rounds up front and in the rear plus a new deck will finish off the interior.
after that a bunch more suspension bracing, and then i'll maybe think about performance.

looks good to me, how do you find the cherry bomb muffler on your car? i was thinking about getting one, but i wasn't sure what it would sound like. i heard the cherry bomb turbo sound pretty good.
you'll hate it. i highly recommend not putting one on as a muffler.
it's funny you bring it up, i actually just replaced it with a dynomax super turbo muffler. HUGE improvement.
yeah i figured that i would hate the muffler, does the dynomax super turbo muffler make a nice sound? its going the same car as yours only mine is a black 4-door sunfire.
a few new parts (minus the muffler which is on, pics kinda old). more to come soon.
