Very nice. I as well love those mirrors, those are the bomex mirrors right. Can you still get those?
man, love those j's.
where in ontario are you guys located....im jonesing for a meet
Pictures really hide a lot of imperfections, the body on that black sunfire is very rough in person...
I remember seeing it at the dyno day and thinking "holy @!#$ this car is in rough shape"
Get the body fixed and it will be mint....well still not my taste at all but at least respectable.
love those cars... dibs on the bomex mirrors if you ever decide to get rid of them!

i would imagine that it would be hard to keep a car mint when its an inch off the ground.

i would hardly call it vary rough, there's a bad ass dent in the quart we haven't fixed yet, aside from the stone chips in the kit (show me a streetfire kit thats not fresh paint, without any) i'm vary interested in knowing where this rough body is?

Yes, care to explain Newt?
There are a few dings here and there yes, but those were there when I bought the car not even a year ago. During the entire rebuild of this car over the winter, it acquired a big dent in the rear quarter...@!#$ happens. I wanted to get it out and enjoy the car during the summer instead of having to wait longer to get it painted....thats what winter is for. Im not saying its perfect, because its definately not....but its definately not in "rough shape" either for being 11 yrs old with almost 300,000kms on the body. And as Gary mentioned....I have to get my front bumper painted EVERY year!!! Just goes to show that I actually use my car as a daily driver and not just a weekend warrior.
But thanks for your opinion

I didn't mean offence, I was just saying that pictures really hide imperfections. I seen a lot of photos of the car on the JCO and then when I went to the dyno day and saw the car in person I was shocked at the shape the body was in.
A big dent, door dings, paint missing from the bumpers and 300k on the body/paint is rough shape in my opinion.
I'm not trying to put you down. Like I said in my first post, get the body fixed up and it will be mint.
I also drive my car on a nearly daily basis BTW, while my Yukon is my daily driver I've put on over 10,000km on my car since May.
When did stone chips in the front bumper turn into "missing paint", and the rears fresh paint from last year, so there ain't a spec on it
Dosent matter if u didn't mean offense, u did, I'm sure your car dosent have a spec on it tho right
GOT2BEGT - Thanks for the heads up on the daily driven Streetfire front, haha.
Daily driven vehicles get their dings & paint chips, especially with a low stance & low front bumper.. That Fire is still one of my favorites despite any flaws it has, I like the image it portrays (I may be partial to the front end tho) haha.
