well we love the evel eye look but it only really looks good on 95-02 sunfires. but being me and jess dont like how the stock sunfire bumpers look so i went a little out side the box for our sunfire front end swap were we are going to do on jess's car (pinkcavalierchick00)
i took a 95-99 sunfire bumper and im going to mold on a 03-05 cavalier lower bumper to it
the hood going to get some scoops and evel eyes
heres a cell phone pic of the bumper ill get better ones as i get more work done
first thinkg that came to mind was 3000gt lol
Gonna look badass, we finally gonna paint this thing when ur done? I got a bay open when ur ready.

I wasnt really going for this idea at first. but when jefff put the 2 pieces together and told me that no one has done the sunfire top with 03-05 cavi bottom the look of the bumper came out better then what i thought it would. I cant wait to get this done and all panted and put on the car. its gonna look badass..
it has potential.
kinda reminds me of a TMNT for some reason tho

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.

yeah... the base bumper is not attractive at all...
The plan is rl lip for now till we can get our hands on a gm tuner
i hope you are moulding it with lord fusor and not fibreglass
Panel bond and welding it with abs plastic welder and smoothing it with urathane glade pudy

Personally I would just grab a tube of Speedgrip epoxy, you can use it to bond, plus it's sandable so you can spread it over the seam like putty and sand it out...save you a lot of money in supplies, one $40 tube should do it all.
Not too bad man, just looks like of plain. LSS bumper would look way better imo, but this shouldn't look too bad. Keep it up.

When i first looked at it, it looked interesting.... but think the LSS would be better... any reason why you chose a base bumber?
Considering the amount of work to create a custom front.... I would have personally gone the extra mile with an LSS bumper, by far a better looking bumper... but the RK lip will improve it when you get there... deff interested to see how it turns out.

it's the only one he had available.

he had a few others but ive always been a fan of the 03-05 front cavalier bumper or whole front end i would say! we are gonna get a RK lip for the bottom of the bumper. after im finish fixing it up.
I was bored and did a @!#$ty photoshop... could look good if done right
