Eco swap a pre-2k in a weekend? Hell yeah!

This weekend we eco swapped Dales 99.
Weekend went like this...
Friday: Drive it in to the shop, Gut the engine bay, gut the interior. Install the new interior and dash harness, swap over shifter and cables, get engine, tranny and wiring ready.
Saturday: cut out rear transmission mount bracket, modify front one, weld in new rear mount, install powertrain and hook up all the wiring, swap over gas tank, *temporarily* weld up exhaust.
Sunday: Do all the finishing touches, make the 2200 power steering lines work with the eco, repair broken brake line, fill fluid, do the relearn, put the car back together, DRIVE it out of the shop

But how'd you get the rear up that high to put those jackstands under it?

There is a front and a rear to the hoist.
Raised all 4 corners up, put the jackstands under, lower rear.
The reason this was done was becuase thats when the tank was being swapped and the hoist was getting in the way.
Dales uncles shop is REALLY old school. lol

I think Phlatcav/Professor J and I did mine in 3 days, a lot of bs'ing too.

I didn't have to weld mounts though so that's another plus for you. Good job!
