its my brothers car was totalled going on 3yrs ago.... what happened is left front bag blew on a back road next to my house which steered the car left into a ditch and bean field he was ejected out of the car and it was a very good thing the car is folded in half pretty much with the driver seat bent from the floor coming up and roof coming down. only thing was able to salvage off the car was the motor and wheels somehow othere than that everything else was junk.

oh and its derek vince.

R.I.P. Brian Klocke, you will never be forgotten

if the car was half as nice as your's brandon i would have been a fan. wish i coulda seen it in person.

it was ahead of its time in terms of mods and cars in our world here.

one i have bookmarked for ever. so gorgeous to look at. i remember seeing the color and being black. since black would show any flaw. was truly gorgeous.

brandons are equal in my aspect because brandon can drive his to the track or to the show the night before. not many can do that and perform well both times

One of what I consider a few "legit" widebodies, sorry if anyone takes offense to that, but to craft a sheetmetal widebody which flowed as well as that car did took amazing vision and skill. To further paint it black just showcased that.

I agree with pretty much all of the above. I really like that car and I was lucky to see it in person. The pics just do not do that car justice. I remember when I saw it drive in to HIN Chicago I saw it while I was cleaning my car. I couldn't figure out what the hell it even was.

I had to walk over and get a closer look, I didn't realize it was a sunfire untill I saw the back side window, thats how amazing that car was. I know my cavs and sunfires but that never even crossed my mind as an option. I really wish there were more photos of that car!

the picture of the aftermath was messed up. quite amazing he walked away from it. but such a shame that car is no longer a show stopper

I have one of the pics of the tail conversion on my computer because I was contemplating the same thing. Such a badass conversion, and very well done. Sucks about it being totalled, kinda scares me to get bags now...

I don't know what pictures were in the link above, but here's what I had saved-

Now I saved this one as I dare the majority of the heavily modded/widebody cars to take a picture like this-

I was lucky enough to see that beast in person. I remember it from HIN, I was told it was gonna be out for the first time parked next to Brandon's car. I made an effort to go look for it and despite knowing it was next to Brandon's car I kept looking cause I didn't see it (didn't recognize it as a fire). Absolutely ridiculous car. It was funny Ashley Becker/Queen Z read on here what i thought about it and started harassing me for pictures of it, she was worried that someone would out done. As a total package show car I do believe her's was still on another level but in terms of body work this thing is second to none, it's a shame it never got a chance to be fully completed.

Pictures definitly did not do the car its justice.... I remember when Derek was building it. Everytime I went to see Brandon or Dereck, i would take a glimpse. It was one of those projects that you never thought would be completed. Derek spent hours going over that car to make it damn near flawless. I remember the 1st time I rode in it and then drove it. People would just stare at you!
