since I moved from Ontario to here, I've either had to out of Province Inspect my car, which, I figured it would pass with some work, but being winter, and no where to work on it, I found this one here. only downside, it came with no engine or transmission. no big deal, just swap mine over up at my friends shop in the north end. the 2 main upsides though, first, the cost, $50. that's all he wanted for it. the thing was going to the scrapper the next day, and he wanted it to go to good use before that. I had posted up my wanted add that night, and he e-mailed me about 20 minutes later. second great part about it, NO rust at all on the underside, unfortunately, I forgot to get pics. doesn't look like the thing had been driven in winter at all.
this one is getting my antenna relocate, as well as stereo, GT front, Z rear, and cav trunk with 00-02 Z spoiler after I paint them. it will be staying red as well.
has potential! don't really see to many modded 4 door fires! keep us posted!

DONT put the kit on before paint and DONT paint this with train paint. You made your mistakes with your first POS, dont do the same with this and you will be good.

Oh, I know, and with this one, I will. the black thing is going to stay in one piece body wise until I find proper fender liners first, then taking it to a place here called "Herbers". the highest recommended body/paint shop in south ed.

IS a reason why there are not so many modded 4 door fires on here, and the acronym "P.O.S" handles that pretty well. and OF COURSE the only ones whining back are 4 door owners or butt kissers. I think they are ugly junk buckets just like 4 door cavies. but thats just my opinion, its not my car its his. If he likes it then its a good buy or w/e. and to be perfectly honest i have no idea why you went and got another 4 door fire... you already have one that BADLY needs body work and a paint job and screams cheap and unfinished when people see it. and yes, i checked to make sure i was not crazy and asked my friend to look at the pictures. the only hope i see is that im pretty sure you said its staying red. so thats good...it should make up (in my mind) for the other one. since i hate flat black and all....you like it so w/e...just keep on doin your thing with them. that i can respect. (especially when ppl dont like it or approve totally)
list of plans for it? body kit or stock? lowered? i would be interested to hear your thoughts...always fun to have a project car...
