The 2000 W Z24 Project, Some Progress - 56K warning

Well, it has been so busy at work the 2000 W Z24 has not been getting the attention that she deserves lately.

So I booked work light today to get some work done, falling behind, paint should have been done already.

The Rear bumper had been giving me headaches, 2" gap on the POS
(see other thread lol) as Matt suggested I got a piece of Aluminum angle bar to use as a brace, now I have to small of a gap, but one more test fit and it should be ready for prep.

Before;

Work during (I did not take a picture of the Gap I had )

Couple test fits

Here I install the License Plate lamp/retainers and started the cut out for the Dual exhaust.

On to the front bumper;

Before

Modifying the Fender brackets as I am swapping to 95-99 Lamps and Bumper, keeping 2000 fenders

Removing bumper

Clean up

removing unneeded air intake

Trimming crush Pad

Now lights, Disabled DRL (grounded BCM DRL signal wire, BCM thinks lights are on at all times)
Wired up front lamps, Unfortunately, with eliminating a 3157 bulb on each corner, the 194 corner lamp bulb was Dim and flashers flashed quickly with the Service lamp illuminated in Cluster.

Installed 2 50w 1.67 Power resistors (from Sayal Electronics) this cured the problem.

Picked up some Fog Lamps from CT as the stock ones will not fit in the new bumper.
Had to fab up some brackets for this.

Now, One for test fit to check alignment with New Hood/Bumper and Lamps, check operation of the lights. (No more Service Lamp in Cluster, I hate those warning lamps!!! lol )
Also, test fit the Mesh for Bumper.

And 1 last pic, the sides just Taped on to get a feel for how they will look.

gtp, really hoping for paint to start this weekend,
red, ya, rear bumper really looks out of place right now, think (hoping) it will flow better when not multi coloured
Zspot, I was not sure on the CT fogs either, but really just needed something atm to get her together.
They are not on bumper, just the 2 fabed up brackets, so can be changed out at a leter date.

As for the W, I see many name their Js with creative names & unfortunately I am not that creative, so the W is just for my shop; Weatherall's Automotive.
