I see some hard edges in the filler in the last pic. Not ready to go on the car.
And I don't see any welding pics in the progress pics... I really hope you welded a piece of metal in and didn't just fill it.....

no, theres a panel welded in there, he just took out the photo cuz a few people on the jco where saying how @!#$ty the welds are. This isn't his work, someone else is doing it for him.
Mine wern't welded very well and they havn't made so much as a hairline crack in 4 years. At least you welded, and didn't fill it all in.
its all welded and there was nothing wrong with the welds, just people that have no experience running there mouths, so he removed those pics to avopid listneing to jerks talking crap

really was only me and greg talking about it, and gregs dad owns a shop...doesn't matter either way.
oh and the spot thats all grinded about the handle, and the key hole, that was a BIG ASS dent, that was filled by the one and only "Bodnar" on these doors, so all the filler was removed, dent popped out, and smoothed out again

well ya, about 3" of filler does that, so its been removed, all filler removed, and fixed up

Looks good. I don't see anything to bitch about with the welds. They don't need to be pretty, they need to work. I have welded and went to school for it, and I wouldn't complain about those welds. They secure the metal, get ground down.
BTW, in the final pic, it doesn't look ready for prep and paint. There are hard unfeathered edges on the filler. Looks like a little sanding to be done from that point.

yea the doors still needed to be sanded in that pic..now they have a nice layer of puddy on them sanded all smooth and in dura build primer....
all the pics are deleted...
