Looks like a clean car! Night time shots REQUIRE a tripod. Avoid tilting the camera to the point of not being able to decide whether or make the photo horizontal or vertical. Also, be sure to make the photo a tad bit smaller so that it's much easier to view on the internet.

Tip #1 tripod, already been said.
Tip #2 Lower the ISO on your camera, it'll reduce noise/fuzz and improve clarity
Tip #3 Get a slave flash. If you do tip #2, you'll need it
