I finally have a hold of an 03-05 LS Sport bumper. And I have had an extra 95-99 Z bumper and 00-02 base model bumper.
Now that I have some supplies to mess with, I'm starting the project for my one of a kind front bumper that I've been talking about for almost a year now.
I hope to finish this project this summer and have the car repainted Sunburst Orange Metallic (which is a factory color).
it's a rough start but the finished product will be good. i know brad(zyaaaa) has something in the mix that is kind of like it but i have a 99 z with 00-02 headlights.

but i already have the 03-05 LS Sport side skirts and rear bumper lined up.
plus, when i mold the real lip to the z bumper, i can angle it the way i need it to flow with the side skirts

My thoughts exactly. With the lip it looks a lot lower than the stock 03-05 LS Sport bumpers. First thing that came to my mind was the IF sides.

i don't know what the Import Fighter sides look like but i've had plans for the car to keep OEM style.
Hince, the "SS" hood, "C5 imitation" wheels, oem style kit all around, and such.
Here's today's progress. One step closer to what i'm working for. Next is making a mold of the 95-99 Z bumper

tons of cars have lower fronts and or lips and dont have the skirts to match the length. i front doesnt really matter and doesnt look bad different... idk how to explain it...
i was gonna go with the 03-05's with the same exact front and it would have looked fine.

Here's a pic of IF sides with the 03 LS Sport rear:
The IF sides are lower than the LS Sport sides and have a bit more flare to them, but still have a clean "stockish" look. I think they would match great with the hybrid bumper.

i understand what your saying brad. i just love the idea of a full LS Sport kit all around AND keep my Z style bumper up front without another conversion

I had planned on doing something kinda like this, but with the GM '03 kit Vince has, and then grafting a '00 upper for the '00 headlights...... and then taking the '03+ and grafting a '00 bumper in to get rid of the "Wings" under the tail lights.....
