Here's the dash and brakes, I will post pics of the header later.
We put the pacesetter header on a cav and on my fire on sunday, i did the brakes and dash saturday

2004 dash removed, 1997 dash installed

Why'd you go to the older dash, and do you still have the newer dash?

so how was putting on the pacesetter header just curious, im puttin mine on this weekend

I went with the older dash because I HATE the round vents on the newer one. The dash I got from the yard was in REALLY REALLY good shape, minus a crack on the SRS (airbag) panel, so I swapped with the original and all is good. Removal of stock dash and install of the other tooke maybe 35 minutes total.

I would ve stuck with the 04 dash. It reminds me of the Lotus Exige ones

nice dash upgrade... personally I believe the whole interior on the 03+ sunfires kind of sucks...

Glad you like the change, but I like the newer style better...

Plus you can fit gauges in the round vents and it looks siiick,,,

I do like the 03+ wheel with the older style dash myself. Nice swap

thanks im diggin it....gott put the original support frame (on the 97 dash) back in though. took it off cuz i thought it wouldnt fit...but it will and it needs to be there to stop a few rattles

yeah i had been looking for an 03 dash for a while. i know a few others are looking still.

well 03 and 04 are the same....pm me if interested. only one scrath on it from when the dealership too out my bezel. but u cant really see it from inside the car.
