i doubt VERY FEW would, if they came with the turbocharged engine like they planned for the tuner extreme or whatever it was cavalier then they would take place of the cobalt tc/sc we now buy.

and actually the H.O. and GXP were just slight variations in the two.
The only thing close to coming to production for the 03-05 Sunfires was the Autocross, yes you couldn't buy it like that stock, but the Lip and spoiler were available for the 03-05 Sunfires, just needed to custom make the projectors.

They really should have used that spoiler for the production models. I really hate those baseball caps they put on the back of the production 2-door 'Fire. This is possible the only reason I like the 4-door fires better. The "Grand Am" style spoiler looks way better on them.

I think the point of what he was saying was simply that the Cobalt is the economy car replacement of Cavalier. Sure they are way different but is is still the econobox replacement. As they age it will be seen no different than the cavalier is now.
