my name is alex, and i have been a part of j-body for a while but never made to many post. i am here to make some new friends and hope to get some good help from you guys when it come to the j's. i have a 96 sunfire 2.4 dohc with a 5spd and a stage 2 act clutch. i bought this car with the money that my mother left me after she past away, and all i want to do is get it going for her. she supported my car thing from day one. the whole car as far as engine and body are stock and that needs to change. i am wanting to change the front end to a cavalier. but i was wondering if anyone has any pics of a cavalier or cavfire with a 99 headlight conversion with a 2000 z24 front bumper with fogs.i am not really into the body kits. any pics would be appreciated, and when i get some pics of my car i will post them so i can get some good input on what to do. for the end, all of you guys have some really bad a** cars and hell of alot of knowledge and i take my hat off to you. but don't get me wrong i have a little knowledge too so if you ask i will tell especially in paint and body.

first off, sorry to hear about your mother. its cool you have dedicated the car in her memory., thats pretty neat.

secondly... you cannot have a sunfire with a 2000 z24 front bumper and sunfire headlights, well i guess you COULD but with tons of custom work.

third.... you should ask one question at a time and explain what you would like to see better.

Do you mean 99 cavalier headlights with the 2000+ bumper? That would be possible, but you will hae a big gap there. I think the best thing to do is evil eyes. They look great on the sunfires.

i was wanting the the projectors for some h.i.d.s so that i will not have the glare stock lights give out. unless i can get projectors in the 2000 headlights and that would be perfect for me. how big of a gap am i looking at or what do you guys suggest to do. i am open for any ideas and thoughts

I think he meant have a cavalier front end on a sunfire, with 95-99 cavalier headlights, and 2000 Z24 bumper w/fogs.

Check the suspension and brake forum. Theres a sticky about the Neon rear disk swap. Good luck with your project. Seems like you have a lot of good plans for it!
