so a bit of back story is needed to highten the revlevance.......I promise this one is short
I started work at volvo a couple of months ago, and have finnally recevied the privlage of locking up. as dull as this may seem, this opens me to a whole shop with lifts, air, oil, and just about anything elese I can think of. Im AT uti right now, and decided the best thing to do with my time is try to make some parts for our cars.I found an eco at the junkyard with a working coil pack and intact valve cover, so I riped it off, and am in the process of giveing it the once over. If this comes out really nice, and you guys like what you see mabye Ill take some ordrers.
so far I have taken a wire wheel to the cover.
sanded with 400 then 1000 where there will be stenciling
and fillied the eco center on the coil pack.
I also layed primer on the center peice.
any who on to the teaser pic. I am almost done and will have a finished high rez photo by monday hopefully.

So I ended up knocking out a huge chunk of it on saturday, primed both the cover and coil packs. then mangaed to finish and stencil the cover it self.
It came out so well that I refues to post pics untill I get my hands on a good camera. it shouldnt be to long, I just got to find the time durning daylight.
anyway I did mangae to take pics of every thinjg elese, just to hold you over.
after I taped it off and laid the stencils I primed it with some flexable primer
then after a couple of coats. I hit it with this. its the perfect for the job. high heat, and flat black.
you guys are gonna love it.

Some people are lazy/suck at painting/don't know how. I could see somebody wanting one.

well Ill let the pics do the talking
its not compleatly done, I have to finish the idi cover, the high temp fillier I used just isnt working and needs to be redone. but for what its worth just the cover it self is by far one of the sexiest things Ive made.
I didnt bother touching up the inside, bolt holes, or around the oil cap as seeing how they wont be seen anyways. I am however going to give the oil cap it self some domicon love. hes my favorite.
by the way Ive got the process down to a science so if any one wants one nows the time to ask. it takes me about two weeks to make (thats with the idis for eco's) and any stenciling. I wont give a price so this thread wont be locked, but if you PM we can work it out.
by the sorry for the no HIGH rez I couldnt get ahold of a camera. but I have off tommorw so will see.
