hi everybody, im building my sub box, is for 2 12's, and is made of fiberglass, and mdf.
so here some pics of what i got so far.
Day 1.
first of all, i have to figure out, how to cut decent mdf rings, so after thinking a lot, this is what i did.
is a jigsaw mounted upside down, i a mdf table :p
so thats the way i cut my rings
and it works pretty damn good.
Day 2:
building the base structure.
and here with the rings and ring supports on it
Day 3: (Today)
putting the fleece, and stretching it.
this is the fun part, and this is when you can see how its gona be. I also put two little ring on the front, and those are gona be "breathers" or something like that........
and thats all i have so far, nex thing to do, is put some resin on it, and the fiberglass it.
so tell me what you guys think.

That does look like a SWEET DESIGN! Nice work.
Nice shape love the design, where is it going? Trunk? Or Back seat replacement? Before you cut out those "breathers" Read about sub enclusire Boxes, Sealed Would probably be your easiest bet with that design, but if you want to go "ported" or "vented" its not nearly as simple as a hole theres alot more to it like internal volume, port size and depth and yea it makes a HUGE difference!
But yea Looks awsome!

oh, and the box goes in the trunk,
if there was only one a voltage guage might work there, somehow seal it off from the inside of the box.
use them to mount your amp for a floating look..... box looks good though
very smooth should look great!
