i finally installed my pyrometer into the manifold. i'm going turbo in a month or 2, so i figured it would be a good idea if i would know what the temps are now. that way its easier to tune. today, i took it out, got it up to temp and found out that a 1600' pyro is not enough. i was in 3rd ran it all the way out and when i shifted into 4th the pyro buried the needle shortly after. i figured i would share some pics of the installed meter into the manifold.

it is an exhaust manifold...thats how i cleared out the ice in my engine after first blizzard....just started the engine and let it run for half an hour

1600 seems a little EXCESSIVE to me.

theres no way it should get 1600+
