as you know, i have done quite a few of these with in the past 2 years, but i did this set different. i had formed and painted ABS plastic over the whole housing prior to mounting my custom made clear lens. they now have a nicely formed bezel to hide everything. also, the projectors can be mounted inside the housing rather than the outside like the past had been. due to this, it saves all the room you could have lost behind it and also around it w/out trimming the mounting bracket. anyway, on with the pix.......

think that has to do with them not installed.. alot of that u wont see once installed.

i totally hear what you are saying. i would love to incorporate a little turn signal in there, but this is exactly what the customer wanted. LOL

it looks plain because it doesnt fill up the lense. there either need to be dual projectors in it, a turn signal, a halo, or something to fill up more of that housing. no stock projectors (for those cars that get them stock) have a whole bunch of wasted space in the headlight housing.

You still doing that plastic plating? I'd love to have my '03 Sunfire headlights plated a black chrome. If so shoot me a PM as to cost, I mail em to you, you take em apart and plate 'em. No projectors or anything fancy.

Nice, I like, I might have to talk to you this summer about some retrofitted projectors for the Jetta. The OEM eueo ones just arent my style.
