*update* WW4LIFE
Tuesday, November 21, 2006 10:00 AM
Was relatively warm outside so thought I'd take it out for a spin and test out the durability~
I'm going to glass it up higher so the skirts truly flow w/ the body of the car. I haven't even started on the driver side but the passanger side as you can see should only need one or 2 more layers of glass(maybe a little more on the rear panel).

I don't know, i'm thinkin I may ditch the rear and mod the sides to flow w/ a different rear? What do you all think?

haha, my eyes can tell.. cuz I own them and I can tell the difference.

once its all painted would look sweet and smoother.

looks like the avenger sides flows with the front nicely. needs more pics with different angles.

as for the rear bumper, I know its not that low but it looks good, its for you to decide if you like it or not. also the tails needs to go!

I'll have a few updates tomorrow..its suppose to be like 60...so I'm thinkin its GLASSIN' DAY on TURKEY DAY!!!!!!!!

I'm takin the driver side off and repositioning it because its a little off, and I'll hopefully finish the passanger side tomorrow..stay tuned!!

got a great start today on the dirver side w/ a heater and 2 heat lamps in the garage...helped that it got up to near 60 today too

It actually had a light layer of glass on it already but I noticed it was crooked and dint' line up in the rear correctly so I took it off and redid it. BY DOIN THIS(kinda glad this all happened), i found out that the glass is bonding stronger then ever. I couldn't even wrip it off!!! the bond broke FROM THE METAL BEFORE THE URITHANE!!!!!!!

here's a few quick snaps i took ...just a start to make sure i fill all the cracks. I'm thinkin about widening the fenders out as well to tuck my rimz~

As for the rear...i'm thinkin about gettin a comat rear and fiberglassin the screens shut ..and moddin the sides and rear somewhat to flow perfectly together!!
here's a quick example...left side stock right side molded

here's a few updated pix of the progress....

LOTS of work to do.....just like to do it in my spare time though, but I'm happy with it so far~

the sag is because there is too much fg around the corners, mine looked the same until i used a dremel and cut around the edges and made a L bracket for it. i think im going to shave mine like that now it looks sweet. and lance get your ass back down here i wanna work.

Re: *update* WW4LIFE

that brings back so many memories...
only my sides are fiberglass and probably were a lot easier to fool with.. lol
i think it will look great after it's all finished
good luck with everything-- hope u don't run into any probs with it

oh-- &i'd keep the current rear.. imo. i like the avenger a lot.
