i have a 200 cavalier has anybody put a ecotec in the year of car if so could give me info on how it went and problems you had.
i hope u mean 2000 but this should be move to performance if u check in there theres tons of stuff about the swap.

check on jco, a guy named fat tony is selling the motor for around 500 bucks, then darren (gtpsunfire) will do all the labour for 1000 bucks, with a comp and wiring, im gonna say for 2000 or below u will be running an ecotec

Dont mind the rude remarks of some they dont mean harm. If you have a 2000 or up and it has a 2200 SFI it will swap some what easy. Most of the wire harneses will hook right up. Platcav has done it to his car and he can get you an Eco for cheep. And here is a link to what we have been diong to Sndsgoods car
