JVC GYX2 input needed

today i acquired a JVC GYX2 video camera. Its the same kind they use for the news. I looked it up and it said used they were worth 2,000 bucks... does anyone know where I could sell this thing? Or is anyone interested?

obviously........why don't you just start making kick arseeee car vids with it? You have to get alot of hardware but the quality would be decent.

haha ok heres the story guys.

I work for a Telephone company here in NY. There is an old Army Base nearby and they gave us some buildings to move some of our equipment into. Part of the agreement is that we had to clean them out. They said we could take anything we found...

This building was last inhabited in the late '80s and everyone who worked there litterally got up and left. So there was tons of stuff just laying around. So I was looking around and there was an old AV Room with projectors and slide projectors and whatnot. All kinds of older cool stuff. I found this camera sitting on a table covered in dust and untouched for a long time. I asked my boss if I could have it and he said sure, take what you want.

So here it is, and I dont have a battery or anything. Plus what am I going to do with VHS haha. But i was wondering if anyone knew anything of this type of camera in case it was worth keeping.


Oh yea and my sig was made by Tha Prowler...
