did u talk to jim about the strut, i called him today and i'm sending both my front strut back to easystreet to get them fixed

i left him a message last week.. he never called me back..

i figured he would need a little bit to get back into the swing of things, at least i have another car to drive again

i think the sunfire to 03 cav front swap is the best cavfire u can do.. that is if u keep stock look.. when u put body kits on it i think it ruins it but i love how the 03 cav front looks on fires..

definatly a sweet DD but good u got er fixed.

hey bro i was thinking of doing a front end cavi converson to my 03 fire and i found a guy that is getting all new stuff so he said i can get his old @!#$ for 70 bucks his is an 03 cavi as well is their anything that was difficult doing the conversion on ur dd? or anything that i need to know b4 i go ahead and do this? the o2 fire to 04 cav front was actually easier than doing it to a 03+ fire because of the dual head lights..

Gald to see another one if us has a nice little beater J. Just on a side note we had an Eco come in last week that did the same thing. Just broke with no reasons why.

i think the tensioner might have jammed to be honest.. but im not sure, so i replaced it anyway..

it really wasnt that costly, just time consuming

30 bucks for a chain
70 for the tensioner
150 for a used head of a 05 cav

so it could have been worce

that has to be at least the 6th Eco I've heard/seen that had the same problem...... one in my garage did the same thing.
