We did some cutting and some welding

we tried using mandrell 3" pipes, but the corners were not tight enough for our 260z, so we ended up doing alot of cutting and drawing and this is what we came up with, I will try to post some finished pics when everything is all done, but we haven't finished welding it all together yet... enjoy, we had some fun with shutter speeds working on the neon's exhaust too

well with all the little pieces is the only way to keep the inside nice and smooth, this is very common to do when you have to fit piping into small/tight areas.

as for the noise, with all the 4-wheelers, dirt bikes/motorcycles pulling wheelies with no helmets going 100 in the 50 zone, we all pretty much have an understanding where I live, sounds bad, but it's all good.

Nice work

This place sells 1D mandrel bends. That's about as tight a CLR as you'll find off the shelf.
