well I have sort of spilled the beans in the boost forum about finnaly finishing my Megasquirt, but I just wanted to share with everyone my last few hours.
I started around november with nothing more then questions. it was suggested to just get it done right the first time around and not worry about it later on....so I started off on the megasquirt. I started by reading the fourms and the info pages, and came across a bunch of cool stuff. thats when I found the most amazing business I have ever delt with. enter diyautotune.com I started talking with the rep there. and just kept reading and learning. finnaly I purchased a megasquirt and had msns loaded onto it with a harness to boot. for about 5 months I would go out side when ever I could and just work on it. I would only get like 20 min to a half an hour of work in, but slowy it started to come together. I found that my only sirious problem was finding other eco MS users. so few people have done it, I think im the 3, or 4 person whos done it (I could very well be wrong). other then that I had trouble with a tach signal and a coolant signal. before I knew it, I found my self with only the injectors and o2 left. so one day I just said @!#$ it and wired it all up. I redid my power wire went over my constants, and grabed my camera. what ensued was one of the most stress reliving expericne ever.
I spent the whole project hitting bumps in the road so to have it work first try was a bit to much for me to handel

also one more thing. about 2 years to the month I got my first car. at that time I knew aboslutly nothing about cars. not a damn thing except right was gas.
I taught my self everything and to pull this off is huge to me.

Mega squirt is the awnser to a DIY boost junkies prayers. its basiclly a universal stand alone that fits almost any engine (even rotary motors) not only can it control basiclly every feature, but its about 300 dollars from start to finish. the down side is it can be difficult to install espescially due to the fact that it isnt done very often, and its as far from plug and play as you can get.

yeah they were all taped and wraped. not to mention the only thing you have to do to find which wire is wich is just put a multi meter to them voltage spike + none - preety simple

so, after you explained mega squirt, i still have no flaming clue what it is. im confused. does it make you faster ?? i assume it does, but how does it work
It tunes the engine... Basically you stock engine has a tune for it, but once you turbo it all you ratios and @!#$ will not be the same so mega squirt allows you to tune the engine (air fuel, timing....)
Its a do it yourself....kind of ECU...lets you control the car, not the computer.
At least thats my understanding of it..Sorry if im wrong on that

I had no idea how many people didnt know what it was. basicly to make it as simple as possiable, I can make as much HP as I want be it turbo,SC,nitrous,ITB and I will never have to worry about having fuel problems again. not to mention I can run any injector I want. high or low imp.
