My buddy and I washed our cars yesterday and figured we would go out and take some shots. We went to 3 different locations. Some randoms at the end.

That may be the best stock-ish looking front end ever. I love those grille inserts.
That awesome contraption is used to smooth and check the ballest ( little rocks )
along the rigth of way ( train tracks ) as they need to be kept up to a set standard so rain water can run off and drain properly.
Oh and the cars look great ! We got a Maincoon from our local pound. His name is Comet he's almost 2 years old and weighs 19 pounds.

In a mere gimmick to get people to look I said shaved...in reality...only de-badged.
As for the VW's wheel comments. He has a set of 17'' Racing Hart C4's for the summer.
Once we are both home from college, we are going to do a huge detailing of both cars.
I've thought and thought about halting more modifying this car, but the devil got to me. Hopefully I'll keep it and keep building it up. Just gotta start working my summer job when I come home from school. Hopefully some wheels this summer and getting those grilles fixed. They look fine in pics, but in reality they look like crap because I hit a curb coming out of a steep driveway, thus, they became all loose and the driver side one fell out. Grrr
