Yea , I've been trying to decide rather to paint the tanks Black or the same exterior Dark Green as the car.
Dave, I get that alot. I got tired of doing the same old Muscle Car and Street Rod stuff that most guy's around here do and when I jumped off and started doing this car most of the people I ran with at car shows disowned me.
Now I'm staring to kick their butt's at the local car shows and their reallllly pissed.
Mathieu, The only problem I had was I had to drill a breather hole in the center of the clutch cap. But that's no big deal.

Well the engine is completely done but I'm not releasing pics until after my first show, and yeah you will see me alot this summer since I will be living in Little Rock and showing out of IL. Do you have a list of shows in your area?
This area SUCKS for Sport Compact shows. I have to go to Kansas City or Oklahoma City to get into any good shows

I don't think I was really surprised about you being older, I was more so surprised by the detail/craftsmanship that you put into that car, even when looking underneath! Almost as if a j-body isn't deserving of that kind of attention

Yeah being from IL and living in AR I get all the shows in the Mid-west and the South. What good shows you got in KC?

Import Face Off (I pulled Best Engine Bay,Best Paint and Finish,Best Sport Compact) , and I think Tunerfest (I pulled Best GM) will be back in OKC this year. Last year H.I.N. was in KC (I pulled Hottest GM).
