my buddy ryan is doing all this custom work to fit a sunfire........ the import fighter front which was originally on my cav got smacked, so ryans gonna make it go on a sunfire...... gonna take some work but check out whats been done so far

SIdes are definitely gonna need some work. And it would improve the look if you go on and shave the bumper lights.

yeeppers your right it is..... then it got repainted to audi TT papaya orange a different colour and was on my car for about a year....... then now thats it...

then it went on brendens sunfire with a cavy front end swap. he got in a little problem
so i took it gave him my IF front bumper cut for 2000+ headlights and started a project with it...

thanks man, yah its a tone of work i am putting into this bumper but i think it will pay off when it all done
it will look exacly how the photoshop is man.

you're using a stock sunfire bumper, and im guessing the import fighter is urethane? what are you using to mold the two different materials together?

Nice idea (I thought of this as well), however my concern would be cutting off all the support for the IF and relying solely on the bonding products to hold it on. It's one thing to bond two things together, but it's something completely different to force the entire weight of a heavy urethane bumper on a bond.
I wish you the best, however I would also caution on your plan of attack and would suggest something that could allow the bottom part of the bumper to retain some structural integrity that is independent of the bond.
well it could be screwed together, and bonded. cut off the screws and paint over it.

thats what ive been thinking the whole time...I hope that yall are planning on doing something close to that or its gunna end up cracking and falling apart.
But hey man if you can get it to work more power to you and i think it is going to look @!#$ awesome. Nice work on being original cause ive never seen anything like that or even heard of it.
