I think the car looks pretty good. Some work is needed on it but so far it looks alright. I like those rims a lot.
judging by the rag top, yes it is his.
Looks like a clean car to me.. just needs the rest of the body kit and the paint on it.

God I cant stand the Drift kit, its like having Motegi MR7s. Atleast his muffler is on the car level and not pointing down at the ground.
